HOW DO YOU CLEAN THE PARTY ITEMS?

We take the cleanliness of our tents and accessories very seriously.
All tents, rugs and inflatable mattresses are steam sanitized and spot cleaned after each party.
All blankets and bed sheets are washed after each party.

 

SHOULD CHILDREN PROVIDE THEIR OWN SLEEPING PILLOWS AND BLANKETS?

YES – The pillows provided by Karnival Fun are accent/decorative. For sanitary reasons, please have children provide their own sleeping pillows. Throws are light weight and decorative. 

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR SET UP?

The party space must be cleared of all furniture and clutter as well as cleaned prior to the arrival of the delivery crew. Karnival Fun Staff will not move any furniture or personal items or be able to wait for you to move furniture in order to set up the equipment. Failure to prepare your space prior to delivery will result in the renter being responsible for the set up. No adjustments will be made to the balance owed by the renter. 

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR TEAR DOWN

All personal items must be removed from the tents and all equipment should be readily available in the same room where set up occurred. Staff will not have time to wait for missing items to be tracked down. Staff will simply arrive, pack up and leave. Items not available for pick up will be deemed as lost and their replacement value will be charged to your card. 

Pick-up will be scheduled and you will be notified no later than your delivery time. You must be present when the crew arrives to pick up the equipment or an additional $1 per minute will be assessed that the crew must wait at your location. 

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR THE TENTS?

We have a few configurations that will work for any of our themed parties.
Generally a 12′ x 12′ space will give you plenty of room for a 5 person party. 
We request that all furniture be removed prior to our arrival. Please be reminded that if you are having the tents face towards each other, there needs to be enough room to walk in the middle of the room for guests to access their tents.
 
Liability:
Karnival Fun assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages. In the event of damage or loss of inventory and/or damage or loss to the party’s location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client.
Karnival Fun is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the use of our tents and accessories during the party. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client.
 
Payment Requirements:
How to pay: We accept all major credit cards through Square (3.5% Processing Fee) There is no processing fee on the deposit. Pay in cash to avoid paying a processing fee,
Non-refundable Deposit: $50.00 per party – Due in order to finalize the reservation and lock in your equipment so no one else can reserve it for that date. 
All balances MUST be paid prior to pickup (for DIY) or drop-off (for delivered).
 
Pets & Smoke-Free Requirements:
We ask that no pets are in or directly around the party setup area. 
All parties MUST be set up in a smoke-free environment.
We reserve the right to charge up to a $100.00 Cleaning Fee per guest set up or the total replacement value if we are unable to remove the smell of smoke or pets. 
 
Food and Beverage:
All tomato-based entrees, pasta, greasy or messy foods are not to be served on bed linens in order to keep them from being stained.
Only light snacks may be eaten inside the tents. (i.e. Popcorn, Pretzels)
All beverages should be light-colored or clear (no cola products or fruit punch)
No food items containing tomatoes, tomato sauce, or dark-colored jellies.
While we understand accidents can happen, you may be held responsible for any damage to any of Karnival Fun Parties.
 Any food or pet stains on the tents or party accessories will incur a $100.00 cleaning fee and if unable to be cleaned, may be up to the replacement value 
 
Damages:
Damage and/or defacement other than normal wear and tear of property belonging to Karnival Fun will result in assessment of charges and billing to the hiring client.
The hiring client is responsible for damages to property of Karnival Fun from that of the hiring client and/or guests (i.e. no pens, pencils, or markers inside tents). There should be no sharp objects that may puncture the air mattress.

A credit card will remain on file for damages to equipment other than typical wear and tear. 

 
Cancellation and Refunds:
The following applies to any cancellation made for any reason by the hiring client.
The deposit is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, we will work with you to find an opening in our schedule.
